Real-time insight from inside the concrete.
Short Description
BuildGuard is a deep-embedded sensor installed directly into wet concrete. It tracks temperature, humidity, strain, and vibration for decades, sending data wirelessly through reinforced concrete using an ultra-low-power custom protocol. It shows how the structure cures, how it ages, and how it performs — without ever opening the concrete again.
Core Features
Real-Time Curing Analysis
Monitors temperature and moisture inside the concrete from the first hour of pouring. Helps prevent cracks, delays, and curing failures.
Long-Term Structural Monitoring
Tracks strain, micro-movement, and vibration throughout the building’s entire lifetime.
Deep-Concrete Wireless Communication
BuildGuard communicates reliably through rebar, dense concrete, and large structures without external antennas.
Ultra-Low Power, Decade-Scale Life
Designed for decades of operation using a custom low-power LoRa-based protocol and optimized sleep cycles.
Rugged, Embedded, Permanent
Once installed, it becomes part of the building. No maintenance. No external parts. No cables.
How It Works
1. Install the sensor inside the reinforcement cage before pouring.
2. Concrete is poured — BuildGuard activates and starts measuring curing.
3. Data is sent through concrete to a gateway using a deep-penetration custom LoRa protocol.
4. Analytics dashboard shows curing curves, temperature gradients, humidity levels, strain changes, and vibration patterns.
5. Long-term monitoring continues automatically for the structure’s entire lifespan.

Why BuildGuard
Construction quality is usually measured from the outside. BuildGuard measures from the inside — the only place where real structural behavior happens. It turns concrete into a data source and gives engineers continuous insight from day one to year 100.
