The Smart Meter That
Controls the Flow.

Tracks water and gas usage with full remote control.

ValveTech

Short Description

ValveTech is a self-powered smart water and gas meter with an integrated motorized valve. It measures consumption, detects flow changes, powers itself using the water stream, and allows operators to open or close the valve remotely — fully or partially. Designed for utilities, developers, and large infrastructures.

Core Features

Self-Powered Hydrogenerator
Generates its own electricity from water flow. No external power needed.

Accurate Water & Gas Measurement
Tracks real consumption in real time with long-life internal sensors.

Integrated Motorized Valve
Operators can open, close, or partially close the valve remotely — ideal for billing control, safety, and emergencies.

Ultra-Low Power Operation
If flow stops, ValveTech switches into deep sleep and wakes periodically to transmit data.

Long Battery Backup
Even without flow, a built-in battery keeps the device alive for extended periods.

Future-Ready Sensors
Supports adding water quality sensors (pH, turbidity, etc.) in later versions.

How It Works

1. Installed on the pipe (water or gas).
2. Hydrogenerator powers the device through flow.
3. Sensors measure usage and operational parameters.
4. Data is transmitted to the operator’s dashboard (Grafana or custom Tech404 server).
5. Valve can be controlled remotely — open, close, or adjust flow percentage.

Why ValveTech

Traditional meters only show numbers. ValveTech adds intelligence, control, and self-power. It gives operators precise consumption data, remote valve management, and long-term reliability without rewiring or external electricity.
